Staff Appreciation
Trinity celebrates Staff Appreciation Month in October. We will be receiving an offering for our staff during this month. Please designate your check “Staff Love Offering”, to let them know how much you have appreciated their work this year. This offering is collected during October rather than December to help our staff as well as the congregation, since December is such a busy time.

Pack a Shoebox
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse led by Franklin Graham. Samaritan’s Purse Shoeboxes are delivered into the hands of children through local churches. Every shoebox is an opportunity to reach a child with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It’s about telling children around the world and their families that God loves them. We can take the Good News to the ends of the earth and do it through a shoebox. Our goal is 250 boxes . Deadline: November 20th
Volunteers are needed to sign-up to help during collection week: November 13-20. Please sign up at the “What’s Happening” Bulletin Board in the downstairs lobby.

Fall Festival
At 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 29th, we will gather to pass out candy from decorated car trunks, orchestrate a costume contest, hand out cider and hot chocolate, and begin building relationships by boldly inviting people to come back and visit on the next Sunday. Please be praying that lots of people would come, that it wouldn’t rain, and that others would feel the Spirit of God and His peace and love when they step onto our church property.
Be thinking about how you could help, as well, or how you could decorate your car trunk in a unique and fun way (Sign-up sheets and car passes are located downstairs)! Also, be looking for the red bins at the church entrances where candy donations can be placed; we need all the bite-sized pieces of sugary deliciousness we can get for the hundreds of people that will be coming through our lines that evening.
